Cadence is a seasoned grantmaking specialist and project manager, with over a decade of experience working for and with nonprofits in analyzing, developing, and implementing equitable processes, procedures, and advocacy campaigns. In her previous role, Cadence spent 6 year’s supporting meaningful and equitable Grantmaking at one of the largest community foundations in the county.

John Burnam
John is a data and policy strategist, and a social impact pioneer with over 10 years of experience in leading and executing projects that foster sustainable societal progress and resilience. With a background in international development, theology, art, and classics, John brings a unique and multidisciplinary perspective to his work. He is passionate about uniting design thinking, large data set analysis, and policy insights to empower organizations and transform communities.
